Terms of payment

 All the optional tours such as island tours & adventure tours are requested for deposit 50% of the total price and pay for the rest of balance 50% by cash on tour (Full payment for all the shows, fantasea show, simon cabaret show, and Siam Neramit show before date of service)

Step 1: Make some deposit payment for guarantee the seats available. Our optional tours are limited passengers and seats, only the guests who have paid for deposit will be garanteed the bookings, base on policy “first pay first confirmed” 

Step 2: We will send you our confirmation tour voucher to your email after 24 hours when we have received your deposit payment.

Step 3: Print out our confirmation tour voucher(s) to the driver or tour guide for collect the service on each day tour.

Terms and Policies

* All rates are only in Thai Baht currency.

* The promotion rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us to check the available and rates.

* All the rates are inclusive of 7% Tax and 10% Service and 3 % Local Tax Charges.

* Children aged 12 years and older are considered as adults.

 Tours excluded accommodation minimum deposit 50 % of the total amount and pay for the rest of balance by cash on tour.

 Tour package with accommodation 70 % of the total amount and pay for the rest of balance by cash on the date of arrival.

 Full payment for the shows (Fantasea show, Simon Cabaret show, Siam niramit show)

 All the bookings must be confirmed by email, official letter, tour voucher or fax only.

 No guarantee for booking made by phone, Chat, MSN or Yahoo Messenger.

 Cancellation and refundable

Tour Package with accommodation:

* No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 30 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date in peak season (from 1 November to 31 January) or during Chinese New year and Thai New year festival. Refundable will be charged for bank fees (depend on the bank policy)

* Cancellation made between 7-14 day(s) in high season (from 1th October to 31 October, from 1 February to 30th April) and 10 days during green season (from 1th May to 30 September) will be charged 50% from the total amount.

* Cancellation made between 0 day and 6 day(s) will be charged 100% from the total amount.

Terms of Cancellation and refundable are subject to change depend on the hotel’s policies.

Tour option without accommodation:

* Cancellation 1-6 day(s) before date of service charge 50 % from the total price.

* Cancellation 7-15 days before date of service charge 50 % from deposit payment

* Cancellation 16-30 days before date of service charge 5% from deposit payment

* Cancellation on the date of service charge 100% from the total price.

* No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of the deposit payment.

* Charge 500 THB. /person/ time for amendment the booking on the date of service.

* No charge for the booking amend 1 day before date of service, the amendment must be made before 20.00 pm.

* No charge in case of bad weather the trips could not operated, you are allowed to change the date of service or choose other tour option in same price or get full refundable of deposit payment!! 


* Visa Card and Master Card are free of charge for bank fees, if the total amount of deposit payment less than 10,000THB. (If the price over 10,000THB. will be charged for bank fees 5%)

* Payment via American Express will be charged 5% for bank fees.

* The tours & package prices excludes bank fees charge or any currency exchange charge.
